  • Technical Information
    WPC is short for Wood Plastic Composite. The combination of the raw materials are mostly 30% recycled plastic (HDPE) and 60% wood powder, plus 10% additives such as anti-UV agent, lubricant, light stabilizer and etc.


    (a) Mix raw materials according to certain formula, then make them into pellets.


    (b)By extrusion machine and mold, shape the products in customized profile and size.


    (c)Do surface treatment such as sanding or embossing, then cut the WPC pergola by requested length before package.

    What is the size of your pergola?

    The complete pergola is about 3000 mm wide and 3000 mm long. We can also customize the size as your specific requirements.


    How many colors can you provide?

    We have our own color cards that we can provide 8 basic colors: black, dark grey, brown, oak, teak, white, grey, light grey. We can also make our products with other colors as long as you send the color sample to us.


    Is it easy to install WPC pergola?

    It is very easy and convenient to install due to it is the profile with standard size, it only need necessary appendix to finish the installation, need no further processing.


    Will color fade because of weathering?

    Unlike real wood, our products have great color fastening performance.  The color will just fade a little at the beginning of three months, and then the color will become very stable for later application.
