The BAMMAX products come with at least 10 years limited warranty. For our coextrusion products, we can guarantee you with at least 25 years limited warranty.

We do not recommend welding or gluing our BAMMAX products. Weld and glue are supplemental adhesive and should never replace for a fastener, especially in structural applications.

Yes. We have minimum quantities requirement for your customized order. However, if we have products you want in stock, we do not have MOQ. Please advise our sales representatives, and they will let you know the MOQ for each type product, and they will also help you to check our inventory.

The lead times of material depend on the product line and manufacturing process for costumer's specific requirements. Normally, lead times are about 21 days. However, the color choice and secondary work can add to this timeframe. Our sales representative and service team will let you know your lead time and may help you if you need your order rushed.

Yes. We provide all BAMMAX products with a solution of fastener-free look. These hidden fasteners install between the slotted edges of decking boards. Which means there is no need for predrilling.

Yes. According to European Standard, BAMMAX decking provides 36% or greater friction coefficient. You do not have to worry about walking steadily on BAMMAX decking.

BAMMAX can be drilled using all types of drill bit. No special tools are needed to install it. Besides, you can cut, drill and router the board using the same carpentry tools you use on wood.

The BAMMAX WPC products are engineered with no organic or fibrous, therefore, mold and mildew could not penetrate the board and have no source of nutrition. However, a regular quick cleaning is recommended because mold and mildew may adhere to dust and dirt on the board surface.

Yes. Plastic inherently expands and contracts with temperature changes. We can guarantee the quality of our products under temperatures from minus 40 Celsius degree to 60 Celsius degree. Normally, our products would expand 0.5% in length, 0.4% in width and 0.3% in thickness.  However, you do not have to worry too much about it since we take measures to reduce the consequence if you follow our instructions of installation. Besides, in some countries or areas where have extremely high temperature and strong sunlight, we would highly recommend our third-generations product which has a co-extrusion out-layer and better performances against extreme weather condition.

We would not recommend our costumer to paint or stain BAMMAX decking. In fact, we cannot guarantee the performance of such materials that applied to our product.

During the first year after it has been installed, the color will become lighter ranged from 5-10% uniformly. After it goes through the 4 seasons of the first year, the color will be stable from then on and will last for at least 15 to 25 years. On the other hand, wood continues to change color (and not always uniformly) throughout its lifetime.

BAMMAX WPC composites decking, and railing's installation is extremely easy and cost saving, because all of the product is made from extrusion machine with molds. When we were designing the mold, we have already considered the installation; people only need some screws and an electronic drilling machine to finish an outdoor project. No! When you consider the time, you spend selecting quality pieces of wood "preservative treatments" and, etc, and finally fooling with splinters and refinishing, after a few years, you are really saving money and time by purchasing co-extrusion wood-plastic composite lumber!

The similarity is, both preservative wood and wood plastic composites are suitable for outside usage, because they will not rotting, cracking or splintering as the untreated wood, however, there are differences as following: Good quality WPC is more durable than preservative wood; WPC is more eco-friendly, to produce preservative wood, people have to cut a lot of trees, while trees especially the hardwood need hundreds of years to grow up, less trees lead to worse environment. Zhengyuan WPC has similar price as good quality preservative wood, while when you factor in costs for stains, sealants, replacement boards and other maintenance over the next 10 years and beyond, Zhengyuan WPC comes out well ahead. the cost of the preservative wood will increase gradually in the future, while composite docking's components are wood/bamboo fiber and recycled HDPE and other chemical additives, the wood/ bamboo fiber is the waste of the hardwood flooring and other furniture's manufacturer, the more company and people using WPC, the more trees we can save for our globe.
