(a) Mix raw materials according to certain formula, then make them into pellets.

(b)By extrusion machine and mold, shape the products in customized profile and size.

(c)Do surface treatment such as sanding or embossing, then cut the WPC decking by requested length before package.

Why don't I see a repeating pattern on BAMMAX decking boards like I do with some other decking?

The BAMMAX decking is manufactured to have more random, natural graining than you'll find with other deck boards. There are no visible repeats or easy-to-discern patterns. 

How do I clean BAMMAX Decking?

For general cleaning, use soap and water or mild household cleaners.

How much ventilation is required under a deck?

It is very important that there be adequate and unobstructed air flow under the deck to prevent excessive water absorption. Improve drainage or grade flat areas where standing water may gather. For decks with limited ventilation, six inches of clear ventilation is required.

What if my decking gets scratched?

In the same way that wood decking materials can get marred or gouged, the surface of composite decking can also be scratched. BAMMAX decking are resistant to scratches. If scratches do occur, we recommend allowing normal wear marks to disappear gradually.

What is the difference between Co-extrusion and Supertech products?

The Supertech collection are developed from the Co-extrusion collection. They both have a HDPE out layer that brings a better performance than classic one. The difference is that the formula of Supertech's HDPE out layer are better than Co-extrusion type. Actually, the formula of Supertech's HDPE out layer are imported from German. Therefore, our latest Supertech collection comes with the ultimate performance.

How do I install BAMMAX decking?

How many colors can you provide?

We can provide 8 basic colors: brown, white, grey, black, teak, dark grey, oak and light grey. We can also make our products with other colors as long as you send the color sample to us.

What is regular size?

The regular width is rage from 130mm to 150mm, the thickness is about 20 mm to 30mm, and the length is about 1.8 meters. We can customize the size as customer's specific requirements, but we do not recommend the length longer than 5.8 meters since it could not fit the length of a 20' container.

What is the lead time?

If the deck boards you request are in stock, we can ship them immediately from Shanghai Port and the delivery time is depends on your receiving harbor location. If not, the lead times of material depend on product line and manufacturing for costumer's specific requirements. Normally, the lead time is about 21 days.
